Brik brings rental management and real-estate pre-accounting together in one tool. The mobile app follows you day to day: your properties, your rents and your AI property manager in your pocket, alongside the web platform.

• Complete rental management, without an agency: compliant leases signed online, automatic rent receipts, digital inventories, payment tracking through bank synchronisation, late-payment reminders and annual rent review.
• Portfolio management: property valuation, debts, expenses, financial projections and statistics.
• Pre-accounting: DSP2 bank synchronisation, allocation of transactions to your companies, buildings and leases, export ready for your accountant.
• Brik Pro for professionals: agencies, property managers, real-estate companies and local authorities, from 1 to over 5,000 units, with AI agents and multi-entity consolidation.
