Until they come out with the chip version their no chip version is garbage, makes no sense because everything is chipped now a days. Don't buy just yet as they have a no refund policy unless you charge back or go through PayPal. So maybe one day I will have a positive view on this fuze company but for now I don't support this company in a positive view. Like someone said they only got a one star because there is no negative five star. The CEO is from Korea. He must be from North Korea.
I just got my Fuze card and I'm really liking it, however, I'm having an issue. I added my debit card to. My card had a chip in it but I was able to use the mag strip reader to add it. The problem comes from trying to pay with the added card. It says it still needs to use the chip for payment. I'm only able to use the mag strip with my card once I have made the machine fail to read the chip a few times. It's a little annoying to have to do this all the time. If the creators could find a work around or give some info to fix this that would awesome!
Scanning new cards does not work on pixel 2 xl. Tried contacting support with no help. However, it does scan under the membership cards. So it appears to be app related not hardware..
The only reason it has one star is because I can't submit a review without it, otherwise it'll be negative five stars. The app closes immediately after signing in. Contact Service Support about the issue and they still haven't gotten back with me for a fix...it's been about a month now. Running on a LG G6....
It keeps crashing on me after I sign in. I'm using Motorola android 6.0.1
Updated the app, updated the card, Square still won't charge th Fuze card. Whats wrong with this card??
