Good app for what we need it for. Has some issues that cause problems. Won't reroute properly and every few months it will delete your password and if you don't remember it there is no way to find it no place to put forgot password and get your password back

My office went with Brio. During the on-board process they were great. Now we send emails for help and get no response. We attended the training in Atlanta and was so hopeful for a great company to work with. Very disappointed.

this is literally the worst app I've ever had the displeasure of having to use. you have to double check every single time the map location because it sends you to the wrong place 80 percent of the time. how hard is forwarding an address? obviously really hard for these devices. oh and I have to completely reinstall the app at least once a week because updates break it and it won't load at all. Just garbage. do you're employees a favor and stay far away from this garbage.
