I am not a fan. It doesn't function well, and it's extraordinarily clunky. When I try to pull up new notifications, it doesn't always update properly. I've clicked the notification in the app to reply to someone, and I've sent a text to someone completely different. The app needs its own consistent refresh time without me worrying about it. The loading of profiles and timelines works, but it's messy. It's safer to just go to your computer.

Slow and ineffective w/Android. Texting feature doesn't show the text you send. It is delayed but if you don't know it's delayed for a minute up to 15 minutes, you think it didn't go so you do it again and they get more than one. Text support can't help with this either. Accessing ANYTHING on the app takes time. Always buffering regardless of restart or using the latest version. Thus not an efficient use of time.

Crashes when some functions are used, very slow, difficult to make selections for certain Fields (i.e. to select "open house" as a client source, one must first scroll past 100's of other choices in alphabetical order.) Not user friendly. I use Brivity all the time on my computer yet i never use the app, even though it would be very helpful if it worked well, because it's just so frustrating. Would give zero stars if it were an option and I hardly ever give bad reviews. Major Headache.
