Sometimes it doesn't accept PIN code and after several attempts you have to register again - this is very bad for those who travel. You can't link the app or your account with foreign SIM card, only Azerbaijani SIM cards are allowed. History of transactions is very short. Quite disappointed with the app, improvement processes are required.

Good day! Thanks for the offer. Currently, there is no general difficulty in using the Mobile App. If the system is accessed via mobile internet, please check with WiFi (or the opposite process). If the problem persists, please send your surname, first name, patronymic and video file of the error to the e-mail address info@bankrespublika.az.

your app crashes when I do credit card transactions report, when selecting date ranges in 3-4 years interval, it either closes without anything, or shows errors like "app not responding". please fix these and after that i can only revise my rating on this.

Sometimes can't access the app, sometimes ot takes multiple attempts. Needs to be fixed ASAP, otherwise will cause lots of customers switching to other banks.
