I booked a printer service through this app and paid the service charges online. However, I was never contacted by anyone, and the booking was later cancelled without any explanation. I sent an email requesting an update and a refund, but I have received no response. The app is lack of support and accountability raises serious concerns about the reliability of this service, there is no number available to contact. please avoid installing and using this application..

I was impressed that Even in lockdown we are getting service. We ordered a plumber to fix our flush leakage. He charged us a lot. But the next day we realised that the problem wasn't solved. Upon calling them, they don't pick up. Upon writing to them they don't respond. That's why I took to this platform. A very pathetic experience. Please don't install the app and order the services. Very bad !!! They don't show the bill 😡 before the service

I took service twice, first time was ok. Second time the service was absolutely bad... Fixed a new fan, and wiring was changed. But the wiring that was done was incorrect and light stopped working for which I had to pay again. The fan started to make noise which was the reason I got it fixed. When contacted bro4u does not guarantee tehor services after charging a premium. Definitely do not go for this. It's an absolute waste of money.
