The most annoying thing about this app is that it doesn't work in landscape mode. So when we use it on a tablet, we have to turn the tablet upright. I've complained a few times to the developers and got useless answers like 'that's how our app is." Or "our app doesn't work in landscape mode." I guess they don't listen to users' feedback!

Eclass v1.75 not intuitive. For instance, if you want to find the version number of your copy of eclass, normally one will go into the "about" menu. But if go into about menu, the version number is no where in sight. Well, it is hidden under the sub menu "contact". Who will know the version number belongs to "contact"

The contents were not consistent with the web version, so basically, this is for reading and signing notices, for email or other resources we need to refer to the web version. The app starts with a blank interface, nothing but your avatar. By clicking an avatar it usually takes you to the profile page but no, it takes you to the notices. Which is kinda weird. There is no dashboard showing how much of everything (notices, email, etc) you have, you need to click on the menu to start working.

Parents can switch accounts at My Account page, we will also make UI improvements for this page later on. Thank you for your suggestion. The avatar is displayed if no student photo has been uploaded. Please contact your school for this issue. Rather than a dashboard, our app shows unread information and school news for your direct attention.
