Never works on Samsung. I continuously uninstall and re-install, log in, log out. But it always shows as unauthorized.

DOES NOT WORK WHATSOEVER. TRIED EVERYTHING BUT THIS APP NEVER WORKS AND BROADVOICE TECH SUPPORT CANNOT FIX IT AND REFUSES TO TRY TO DO ANYTHING TO GET IT TO WORK. USELESS APP!
