Complex UI. Alarm schedule setting does not work, stays All-day. Sound level does not work, always at maximum. Downloading a recording is complex. Cannot have notifications without sound, even in the middle of the night. App Instructions manual is minimal, giving functions name of the icons, but not helping how to use them to accomplish an activity. The image is good, and detection works fine.

Very Frustrating. Goes offline about every 2 days & no easy way to bring it back online. Have to "remove device" & then "add device" every time. At times the device can't be added to the app (for some unknown reason). I'll go days without access to the camera. So if the system only works 50% of the time (at best) is it worth it?

0 stars!!! This is junk! Bird feeder camera has worked maybe 3 full days in 6 months. Constantly offline! I've been in contact with customer service multiple times. Downloaded updates, reset, brought inside to charge (although its solar) deleted the app and reinstalled it. CS just keeps giving me tasks that dont work, probably until the 12 month warrany is up, they will not replace! Worst $60 gift i have ever given! Never again!
