About this app

With the Brobizz app, as a private customer, you can easily and quickly check whether your number plate payment and bizz are active and get an overview of your trips and usage – whether you've crossed the Storebælt Bridge, the Øresund Bridge, or traveled by ferry.
In the Brobizz app, you can:

- Order a bizz or number plate payment, for instance by scanning your number plate.
- Number plate payment is ready for use on the Storebælt Bridge only 20 minutes after creation.
- Get an overview of all your trips and usage, as well as check for any outstandings.
- Update your payment card to ensure your bizz and number plate payment always remain active.
- Subscribe to our newsletter, change your contact information, activate MitID, and more.
- Close a bizz or number plate payment and terminate your agreement.

It is extremely complicated to register. The car registration takes at least 48 hs. If you delete the car, you have to wait for another day. The button says "modify or edit" but you don't have that possibility, you need to delete the car and make the registration all over Again.

App is extremely wierd When I was ordering Brobizz card it was showing me the payments error, I've tried with different banks cards. After a while it was showing me that I've ordered 4 units. And you cannot cancel it before the payment is done. I don't know now how to get my money back for 3 I will not use or need

The app is missing the option to add multiple payment cards. I can have separate payment cards on separate plates , but it is not possible to add more than one payment card at a time for each plate. It would be a great improvement to be able to add multiple payment cards for each plate and then I could easily go there and switch witch payment card to use depending on witch family member is crossing the bridge. Now I have to delete the payment card when someone else is using the car and he has to add his card and then he has to delete it and I have to add mine again when I have to cross etc .... would me but simple just to click and switch a card
