So I checked if I have the latest update but this app does not have a - Inbox- Which means thst even if yiu check your app daily you will not find new Inquiries or messages. Cleaning out my personal emails I found an inquiry from July 10th on July 30th. On the computer I was able to respond...... too late. But it is still not showing up on the APP. This us nit helpful at all!

The app includes an inbox in all versions. It may have been overlooked. Please make sure you’re using the latest version — if you still can’t find it, our support team is happy to guide you step by step.

Great app for the friends. Only thing would be the search feature might need a little tweaking. Hard to find properties in certain areas. But with a little bit of effort you can find what you're looking for eventually.

Payment not received. Because they are having technical issues, I as a host was not paid. I was informed to wait until they fix the issue. It's been over a week. Who knows when this problem will be resolved. They see guest made the payment and they see I was not paid. I should not be asked to wait for them to resolve their tech issues. Show me the money so I can eat and pay my bills please

Thank you for your review! Please note: Your payout was sent on time. Payouts are not sent at booking (!) but 2 days after check-in, as already clarified by our support. This appears to be a misunderstanding about timing. The technical issue refers to us receiving only one of your claimed multiple emails.
