EduMind puts a school's own records in the hands of the parents and teachers who need them during the day.
For parents
Every child sits in one list, including children at different schools. The home screen shows today's attendance, the next class, the latest result, and any balance still owed. Open a child for the rest: monthly attendance with the school's note on each absence, subject results, the weekly timetable, invoices and payments, library loans, Quran progress, health notes, and the people authorized to collect them.
For teachers
Your day opens on the current period and the sections that still need attendance. Mark a full roster in a few taps, enter exam marks with totals worked out for you, record Quran progress per student, look up a student with guardian contacts, log a call home, and post an announcement to your own sections.
Arabic and English
The app ships in both languages, with the layout mirrored properly in Arabic.
Notifications worth the interruption
A push when a child is marked absent, when results are published, when an invoice comes due, or when the school posts an announcement. The message itself carries no grades or amounts, so nothing sensitive lands on a lock screen.
Scholarships
Where a school runs a scholarship program, parents see the award, what it covers, and the discount applied to each bill.
Accounts come from your school
EduMind is invite only and has no signup screen. Your school registers your email, and you sign in with a code sent to that address, or with Google or Apple. If your email is not recognized, contact the school office.
Privacy
A parent sees only their own children. A teacher sees only assigned sections and groups. Finance data is hidden from teachers. The app shows no ads and carries no marketing trackers.
