Bromcom's MyChildAtSchool Parent App is designed to increase the parental engagement between Parents and Schools by sharing key information about their children's day to day school information.

This app is full of bugs as can be seen. The developer, bromcom, refuse to aknowledge. Informs the school nobody else has problem but they even don't even get sufficient details to investigate. Errors such as: Msgs disappear No notification. So how are you meant to know they've canceled a club and need to make arrangments. Previously not even any chronological order for msgs. Their main app for schools has continuously caused issues. So dreadful, they don't even list the fixes in updates.

Awful User Experience, it's like they ignored what a parent needs from such an app and threw this together on a tiny budget with no testing prior to release. It's buggy, crashes randomly, and poor design that ironically a student could do significantly better at. Serious competitor analysis, cross referencing what they do better and why, user focus groups to gather pain points/requirements from actual parent users, and a complete rebuild from the ground up MIGHT save this frustrating experience.

Cant get notifications even though i have set up notifications in app settings. Constantly missing messages. I also get all the same messages for both children even though theyre in different year groups which can be confusing when its messages about trips.
