Not super impressed. I pay for the service. I get hardly any notifications on low detection for when I'm sleeping. So I keep it on medium. It goes of when the curtain moves from the fan blowing. Doesn't give an option to turn off alarms when it detects device you use. The audio is trash and can't hear anything except cutting out when you talk on both ends. Through camera or when someone is talking in your home. I won't purchase again.

A recent update of the software has inflicted several bugs... most annoying is the videos no longer going to the cloud. I finally cancelled the old contracts and signed up for new ones, but these lasted only a couple of days and then disappearing. I don't have time re-configure the system on a daily base... and still be left with only about 20% of the video I had before. I don't mmind a few minor flaws in the software, as long as they are predictable. Overall, it used to be a good & versatile.

Dev, None of my three Brookstone wifi cameras notify me whenever I turn on their motion detection, even on high sensitivity. Everything else seems to work fine, sound, picture, panning, tilting, etc, so it seems it's something to do with the app not pushing notifications through. By the way, I'm using a Xiaomi Mi Max 3 with Android 9 and I have double checked notification settings in system settings as well. Should we expect a fix for this soon? Don't want to give up this yet.
