Browns e CARE is a user-friendly mobile app designed and developed by Digital Transformation solutions Division of Brown & Company, aimed at efficiently managing warranties. This app serves as a valuable tool for dealers, facilitating warranty activations, submitting warranty claims and enabling them to verify the validity of warranties.
With Browns e CARE, dealers can easily activate warranties for products they sell, streamlining the registration process and ensuring that customers' warranty coverage is officially recognized. Additionally, the app allows dealers to check the validation status of warranties, making it convenient to stay up-to-date on warranty information. The app also facilitates warranty claim submission and enables dealers to check the status of submitted claims, providing a comprehensive tool for managing all aspects of warranty services.

The primary users of this application are dealers, and they have access to various essential features. They can activate warranties, check warranty details using serial number, phone number, or vehicle number, and also, submit warranty claims. To ensure streamlined operations, dealers are linked to specific products from the web backend, allowing them to perform activations only for the mapped products.
The sign-in option is available only for registered dealers, while customers do not have access to this feature. Customers can check warranty status by entering the serial number (either manually or by scanning), mobile number, or vehicle number. In addition, EV customers have the option to check warranty status using the VIN (chassis number). The app also enables EV customers to find the nearest service stations for their vehicles.
All the data submitted by dealers is synchronized with the web backend to facilitate reporting and data analysis. The web backend also offers options to customize warranty checking, warranty forms, and warranty claim forms based on the respective product category.
For the application to function optimally, internet connectivity is required for all its features. During login and warranty validation, the application will request and send OTP verification, ensuring secure access to the system. Moreover, when dealers activate a warranty or submit a claim, relevant customers will receive SMS notifications to keep them informed about their warranty status.
