Brucker Calls is the official Brucker Printers application for managing technical support calls for corporate printers. It was developed for Brucker customers and technicians, with a simple and direct workflow: opening a call, real-time tracking, and service evaluation.
FOR CUSTOMERS
- Open a call in seconds: describe the problem, choose the urgency (normal, high, or critical), and attach photos of the issue.
- Track the status of your call in real time (open, assigned, being worked on, awaiting parts, completed).
- Receive notifications via push, email, and WhatsApp with each status change.
- Check the service level agreement (SLA) and the remaining response time.
- At the end, rate the service with a score from 1 to 5 stars and leave your comment.
- Complete history of previous calls always available.
FOR TECHNICIANS
- View all calls assigned to you, with filters by urgency, status, and customer.
- Accept the call, update the status as you progress through the service, and record observations in the history. - Access complete printer data (model, serial number, contract).
- Close the service request by creating a detailed service report, describing the service performed, parts used, and total duration.
- The client automatically receives a PDF of the report via email at the end of the service.
MAIN FEATURES
- Optimized B2B workflow: from receiving the incident report to closing it with a report.
- Fixed SLA of 24 business hours, with visual notification when the deadline approaches.
- Support for photos of the equipment attached to the service request.
- Notifications via push (Expo), email (Brevo).
- Secure login: clients access via access code provided by Brucker; technicians and administrators access via email and password.
- Data synchronized in a secure cloud (Supabase), with encryption in transit (HTTPS).
