Those in charge of this app are not just crazy but wicked. You send al documents they end up delaying you transaction for days without a single explanation. Please seek alternatives people, I still have my money caught up with them as I type. I saw someone claim here its fast with debit card, that's a lie also, don't fall for it. I have only used debit cards with the app, they might be storing debit card details if that's the case. Be careful people, seek alternatives!

If there's anything below one star that's what I'd drop. for your sanity please don't use this app. this is already two weeks plus and my £3000 hasn't been sent to my family. no explanation. at the moment no one is responding to my email or text. worst app to use. I'd recommend lemfi or nala app to anyone interested for easier transaction even though the rate is high. Transfer Boss is scam and use lower interest to deceiving people and then they hold your money claiming technical issue.

I have been using this app for years without disappointment untill recently when they started delaying transaction for almost a week. Contacted customerservices and I have to threaten them that I am going to report them for fraud that was when I received my money. please becareful. A word is enough for the wise.
