Add Missed Points: If your App or phone number was not used on your recent visit, you can claim your points using your receipt.

Love the ice cream but Bruster's needs to fix the app or not have an app at all. I created an account but can't use the bar code to track points. I had a reward for opening an account, however, I could not use because there was no bar code for the store to scan. The store tried my phone # and my account wasn't coming up. Horrible experience with the app!!!

I've been a member for many years and I love their points program where they give you discount coupons. At the window, I open this app and show them the barcode, which has my phone number printed already. Although, you can also just say your phone number and they can look it up, too.

This app used to work, but they changed it and now it doesn't. I used to sign in with my phone number. Now it wants an email address. When I do "forgot password", it says it doesn't exist. But if I create an account it says the v phone number is already used (which it is for my account). When I fill out a complaint form, it has a required field that says check the box, but you can only see the top of the box and it won't let you click it. Totally useless!
