your Sweet Rewards program, meaning earning rewards is easier than

Store Locator: Find a Bruster's nearby to see their store hours, check what flavors they made fresh today or order ahead for pick up!

Rewards: The Sweet Rewards Loyalty Program allows you to earn 1 point
for every $1 spent at any participating location. Once you reach 50 points,
you will be rewarded $5 towards a future order. You will also have access
to flavor announcements, exclusive offers and receive a birthday treat!

Order Online for Pickup: Skip the line and order ahead!

Add Missed Points: If your App or phone number was not used on your
recent visit, you can claim your points using your receipt.

Ratings and reviews

App is slow to load and very rarely remembers login info. The only thing this does is keep track of reward points. If you remember and if you don't mind passing your phone back and forth with your sticky hands to the server's sticky hands while the poor person is trying to process your payment, make your order and take orders through the drive-thru. Kinda feel like a jerk usin' it. App cannot process payments, take online orders, provide menu items or prices.... Maybe someday?

Love the ice cream but Bruster's needs to fix the app or not have an app at all. I created an account but can't use the bar code to track points. I had a reward for opening an account, however, I could not use because there was no bar code for the store to scan. The store tried my phone # and my account wasn't coming up. Horrible experience with the app!!!

Why even put an app out? As a software engineer, I'd be embarrassed to put such a terrible app out like this. First, it doesn't keep the contents in the shopping cart if you navigate away from it. Terrible at filling in credit card number saved in phone. Doesn't know to remove hyphens from phone number when phone number is auto filled in. I could go on and on with how this app fails. The app should help to increase revenue. I gave up on this app and went to the grocery store.
