Rewards: The Sweet Rewards Loyalty Program allows you to earn 1 point
for every $1 spent at any participating location. Once you reach 50 points,
you will be rewarded $5 towards a future order. You will also have access
to flavor announcements, exclusive offers and receive a birthday treat!

Order Online for Pickup: Skip the line and order ahead!

Add Missed Points: If your App or phone number was not used on your
recent visit, you can claim your points using your receipt.

Horrible App. Don't click the back button, it will take you to the beginning and you have to start your entire order all over again. Doesn't accept coupons. After starting over several times, I was finally checking out and some sort of error happened in their end and I once again had to start all over again. I gave up This is the priciest ice cream ever, you would think they would have a better app experience for their customers. They really just ain't all that! Don't waste your money.

Horribly slow. what could have been an order for an afternoon treat for pickup took far too long and finally just timed out during checkout. Wonder how many other people just give up and skip it...? Adding to my review.... I discovered my favorite location (the one closest to my house) is saved in my profile. Every time I try to order online, I still have to search for and choose my location. Even if I click on 'use my location' it comes up with options many miles away. No ice cream for me 😞

App is slow to load and very rarely remembers login info. The only thing this does is keep track of reward points. If you remember and if you don't mind passing your phone back and forth with your sticky hands to the server's sticky hands while the poor person is trying to process your payment, make your order and take orders through the drive-thru. Kinda feel like a jerk usin' it. App cannot process payments, take online orders, provide menu items or prices.... Maybe someday?
