This is one of the worst mobile apps - and websites - I've ever used. There are CONSTANT pop ups that should go away permanently when closed but do not. I've complained to the company directly about it and nothing has been done. I love my Bruvi machine and coffee but I hate it when I have to use the app or go to the website. Additionally, their subscription update and management features don't work well at all and are not logical - the pop ups interfere and questions process makes no sense.

** 06/15/2025 update ** Firmware update wouldn't work because the brewer's Wi-Fi connection was timing out before the update finished. Finally decided to remove and re add the device and that worked. Leaving this at 3 stars for the 2 YEARS I've not been able to update my brewer with ZERO communication as to what was going on. As I get to actually use it with the app again, I'll update with findings.

The app will never connect to the wi-fi no matter what I do. Had to uninstall the app and reinstall it on my S25 Ultra because it had a bug, somehow. And I still can't buy any coffee on the app. The checkout screen just infinitely loads.
