This app worked day one to download, but then couldn't sync up with my internet at all. I reached out to the company via email and they gave me instructions on how to fix and I followed everything and now the app won't open at all. Thankfully the app is not needed to brew the coffee it's just neat feature to see how much you consume and you are supposed to be able to brew a cup from your mobile device and order more, but I'm unsure since the app won't work. Hopefully they have an update soon.

** 06/15/2025 update ** Firmware update wouldn't work because the brewer's Wi-Fi connection was timing out before the update finished. Finally decided to remove and re add the device and that worked. Leaving this at 3 stars for the 2 YEARS I've not been able to update my brewer with ZERO communication as to what was going on. As I get to actually use it with the app again, I'll update with findings.

This is one of the worst mobile apps - and websites - I've ever used. There are CONSTANT pop ups that should go away permanently when closed but do not. I've complained to the company directly about it and nothing has been done. I love my Bruvi machine and coffee but I hate it when I have to use the app or go to the website. Additionally, their subscription update and management features don't work well at all and are not logical - the pop ups interfere and questions process makes no sense.
