The old app was worse than the previous one, and this one is worse yet. Calling it "Smart Home" is like calling every dish on the menu "food". Why do I have to select my one device every time I open the app? The "energy usage" screen us dumbed down. Okay, outside temperature is back. I'm not sure when because it was placed *behind* a menu so you have to scroll to see it without any sign it's there.

It's okay. I prefer the old app better. The lag. Often unresponsive until I walk over to my thermostat and activate the screen, then suddenly it starts to do what I've been telling it to do in the app. I wish the app would also tell me what the thermostat was saying about notices or warnings that pop up on it. like service is needed. needs an update... etc etc

This new app does not work on my phone and can't get it to open. It is absolutely horrible. If this app is not fixed in the next couple days, I will remove their thermostat and replace it with something else that I can access remotely. WHY..... would you release an app that does not work and turn off the old app that does. I am away from my home and can't access my system. I am so missed off!
