The old app was worse than the previous one, and this one is worse yet. Calling it "Smart Home" is like calling every dish on the menu "food". Why do I have to select my one device every time I open the app? The "energy usage" screen us dumbed down. Okay, outside temperature is back. I'm not sure when because it was placed *behind* a menu so you have to scroll to see it without any sign it's there.

Lee, while we’re rebuilding the app for better long-term stability, we know we didn’t get all the details right out of the gate. We’re working on bringing back more intuitive controls in the next few updates, and your feedback on the app name and energy usage screen is being shared directly with our design team.

This app is still pretty horrible and is not much better than the original. It's been at least 2 weeks now and I've not been able to connect to the server. My Wi-Fi is fine, I've power cycled the wall control, I've tried resetting connection settings from within the control, etc., but none has made a difference. When it was connected, only half of the temperature settings actually change through the app when commanded. It's 2026 already, at what point will this function normally? What a wa$te

The App is terrible, the one before this worked better. Most of the time the changes I make on the app don't even go to the thermostat. I updated them in the thermostat and the app still doesn't even see the changed settings. The app is basically useless. Can I replace this thermost with a nest or something that has better support? The support behind this product is very poor.
