Unable to download payslips (comprovantes)on my Android phone (Pixel 8 Pro) since December. I contacted customer support, and they said they were working on it. Two weeks later, nothing was done.I just updated the app to the new version (3.1.05), and even more issues have appeared. Now I’m unable to open the token to log in on the browser, and the QR code is not working either.It seems like they don’t have a QA testing team at all. And it feels like in Brazil nothing and nobody works properly

It would be nice if we could use our international accounts in the app... that's the feature they're missing

Application doesn't make sense, you can't do anything there and have to go to website anyway. The support chat robot is stupid, can't even remove dots from your CNPJ number. Moreover before start helping you it asks all about your account, then you anyway ask for a human and human needs this info again. Come on, think about user experience a little. What's the point of the app?
