3. Within 48 hours, BYBE will send you an email confirmation when your submission is approved. You can select your preferred cash out option OR decide to accrue and cash out at a later time!

Ratings and reviews

This app used to work, and quickly. Now, however, most receipts are rejected for false reasons. The small percentage that are accepted are taking 12 days plus, whereas a few years ago they were within 48 hours, usually much faster. Customer support has also quit responding to emails. They'll send an automated response that your request has been added to the queue, but then ghost you.

I've been reading reviews and so many say how they won't pay well I've submitted two receipts and both were rejected for cashier violation of terms. don't know what that even means and were from two different days. so yeah they really won't pay and apparently they will not respond to emails so don't waste your time. I'll update this if I ever hear back

Extremely disappointed with this app. It rejects valid receipts for no reason at all. On top of that, there is no option to submit a multiple-page receipt, which makes it impossible to use for larger shopping trips. It's pretty much a total waste of effort to even try scanning anything here. Look elsewhere for rebate apps.
