Some difficulties but that was due to me using an email not associated with my PayPal. Once that was figured out with support, everything went well & I received my rebate quickly. Customer service was great, friendly, & very responsive. I recommend anyone using this to set up a PayPal acct in advance if they don't have one. Would like to see all rebates go this way. It's quicker than by mail & some of those, after postage, are hardly worth the effort. With a few tweaks this could be a great app.

It was convenient right up until they started rejecting digital receipts. You know, the type that EVERY delivery or pickup service uses these days? Yeah those ones. I'll go back to submitting my receipts via the online submission forms, which I've done previously with electronic receipts and been completely fine. BYBE, if you want to correct this issue, I'll be back. Until that time I'm going to start warning the friends and family about this issue so they don't get left hanging like I did.

I want to love this app, but so far not so much. I have been able to redeem one offer which worked just fine. I have a second receipt pending now for 3 days, and I'm worried it won't approve because of the issues. The app is also no longer loading any offers and the main screen is blank. I tried un installing and reinstalling. Still having issues.
