for every 10 receipts, they only allow one to pass , come up with an excuse not to except it, especially long receipts, you miss the corner of the receipts they don't accept it as complete, great app for saving especially when you live on top of a liquor store but a difficult app to work with. make sure you buy one item at a time if pichasing multiple saving, they will count it as a duplicate receipts and deny it all.

Edit: Changed to 4 stars because my issue was resolved. It took a whopping 2 hours to get the whole thing resolved after reaching out to Swiftly directly. Hopefully, someone fixes the error, and this is resolved soon. * They constantly wait for the offer to expire before they "check" if it is valid. I have had 2 in pending status for over 1 week, and the last one sat in pending for 3 weeks. The day after I asked about the status on that one, they deleted it on their end. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!

I haven't been able to upload receipts in a while. I've only used this app couple of times before this happened. I can sign into my account but get a message that my account is disabled. I've tried to reach out to support 4 times and have never received a response. Also, I had some $$ in my account and can not retrieve that either. I DO NOT recommend this app, especially when support ignores their support emails.
