In the old app, multiple CA numbers/connections could be added and managed easily in a single account. However, in the new app, only a single CA can be added at one time, which is creating a lot of inconvenience. I have multiple BSES connections, and due to this limitation, it becomes difficult to manage bills, payments, and connection details smoothly.

The new app interface looks okay, but there are some critical issues that need urgent attention. The bill amount is not visible across multiple sections — it appears as a blank instead of showing the payable amount. Additionally, we are unable to download the bill in the new version, and it consistently shows an error when trying to do so. Kindly request the technical team to look into this matter and resolve it.

App is not working. after clicking on complaint when I click on no supply. it is not proceeding. please fix the app issue. also in whatsapp to log the supply issue complaint. it has been and we not able to log ticket due to this I am not able log complaint when there is no current issue
