BSES app is crashing on launch on my Android mobile OS version 9. It used to work fine till the start of March. Seems that some new update is causing the issue. I have cleared the cache, cleared all the data. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Restarted the mobile but the issue still persists. Please fix the issue at the earliest. I have the app crash log also.

BRPL KEEPS STOPPING': This is the msg I am receiving despite reinstallation after uninstallation & writing several emails. Even as per their email advice to remove catches the App is not at all opening. I wonder how to retrieve 2 bills for our two connections & make payments. Pls accept our complaints as genuine & solve them & oblige! Dated: 02/04/2026: It is still not opening & receiving same message as 'BRPL KEEPS STOPPING' I appeal to look into my complaint and restore it's functioning pls.

Facing a UI issue in the BRPL app: the “Yes” and “No” buttons on the “Do you still want to continue?” prompt are hidden behind the Android navigation bar, making them unclickable. Unable to raise a No Supply complaint. Please fix this.
