The new app interface looks okay, but there are some critical issues that need urgent attention. The bill amount is not visible across multiple sections — it appears as a blank instead of showing the payable amount. Additionally, we are unable to download the bill in the new version, and it consistently shows an error when trying to do so. Kindly request the technical team to look into this matter and resolve it.

BSES app is crashing on launch on my Android mobile OS version 9. It used to work fine till the start of March. Seems that some new update is causing the issue. I have cleared the cache, cleared all the data. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Restarted the mobile but the issue still persists. Please fix the issue at the earliest. I have the app crash log also.

can't even use the app after update. no button working Update (4th Feb, 26) I have tried clearing the cache, tried reinstalling. However still same issue. There is no error screenshot I can send. Issue is that when you open the app, the buttons to login, sign up etc all are visible. But when you try to click on them nothing happens.
