For last Three days tried several times to create user password but couldn't do it. On app prompts minimum t char alphanumeric and website minimum 8 characters alphanumeric. Not taking 6 or 8 character. Very bad app and sympathetic app. Today i.e. just now app got updated and stopped working. Request action.

The application is only for view purpose, Whenever I try to lodge any complaint, it says "Complaint registration failed" and when I try to give feedback/suggestion it also giving an error. BSES need to improve the app long way. For each complaint, support person mentioned issue is fixed, however all the issues are intact. Nothing changed. Most of the issues mentioned by multiple people are still exists.

Since I have time, I will surely give the feed back... 1) bill payment done for the outstanding amount. SMS received for the bill payment. But the app is showing and outstanding amount of the said transaction. Imidiate updation of the payment against the outstanding bill... Should be updated on the real time basis. 2) chat box- exactly gets confused what this chatbox is all about. I tried to figure out as how does it respond... But as my expectation it does not respond. And many more.....
