For last Three days tried several times to create user password but couldn't do it. On app prompts minimum t char alphanumeric and website minimum 8 characters alphanumeric. Not taking 6 or 8 character. Very bad app and sympathetic app.

The ca no. Once added cannot be deleted. When we tap delete button the app says please wait deleting. But it do not remove it. Please check. The app is not working on my new phone One plus 12. The bill cannot be downloaded

Unable to add another CA. After adding CA number and meter number it shows the details like name and other details. This being correct I press on the proceed button. Now it says CA number is invalid. Seems there is some bug. Plz do the needful.
