I have tried to make several international transfers for the past 2 weeks and all are being rejected due to missing information (USA bank name, etc). I tried online help did not get any help. I tried calling and did not get any help and the bank is closed due to a holiday. The old app was working good did not have any problems with international transfers. I deleted my international beneficiary and added again to the BSF account and the issue is still happening. Really hope they fix this ASAP

The App keeps crashing. Ever since may 21, I've been unable to log in. I get to the part where it sends an OTP and then it just crashes. my ticket was only approved a couple of days ago after calling support many times. still no resolution...

I like the clear layout, but since the update, I have a white bar across the app with a 'done' button that does nothing at all times. Enable biometrics has never worked.
