I have tried to make several international transfers for the past 2 weeks and all are being rejected due to missing information (USA bank name, etc). I tried online help did not get any help. I tried calling and did not get any help and the bank is closed due to a holiday. The old app was working good did not have any problems with international transfers. I deleted my international beneficiary and added again to the BSF account and the issue is still happening. Really hope they fix this ASAP

when trying to make an internal transfer, can't find currency exchange rate pops up and makes the transfer impossible. also a lot of other smaller bugs, which requires logging out and in again, and restart. overall frustrating so far

Terrible app and overall banking experience. I make payments on a car loan from جيبي and the bill doesnt get removed from my BSF account. This happened several times and even though its all BSF, they tell me to follow up with each app. I plan to change banks as BSF obviously cant correct their numerous app issues and glitches AVOID this app
