when trying to make an internal transfer, can't find currency exchange rate pops up and makes the transfer impossible. also a lot of other smaller bugs, which requires logging out and in again, and restart. overall frustrating so far

The service experience has been quite poor. I have encountered consistent VPN blockage, inadequate customer support, and frequent, unexplained errors with no direct methods for resolution. Furthermore, the interface features inconsistent English translations and redirects users to the website unexpectedly for certain functions, such as bill lookup and payment, which are particularly problematic.

Terrible app and overall banking experience. I make payments on a car loan from جيبي and the bill doesnt get removed from my BSF account. This happened several times and even though its all BSF, they tell me to follow up with each app. I plan to change banks as BSF obviously cant correct their numerous app issues and glitches AVOID this app
