I have tried to make several international transfers for the past 2 weeks and all are being rejected due to missing information (USA bank name, etc). I tried online help did not get any help. I tried calling and did not get any help and the bank is closed due to a holiday. The old app was working good did not have any problems with international transfers. I deleted my international beneficiary and added again to the BSF account and the issue is still happening. Really hope they fix this ASAP

I got a new phone. Installed the app, and registered my device, all smooth so far. Once I login, the app takes me to the homepage, then the session is terminated automatically. I get an alert, "Using VPN or BOT is not allowed." I don't have any of those things on my NEW device. The other bank application I have is working fine, it's just BSF that is giving the problem.

The previous version worked seamlessly. The new version has many gliches and poorly designed. I could not add BSF accounts as benifeciaries because the app can not recognise the bank own I BAN or account numbers that has alphabatical characters! Transactions fail several times! The log out icon is hidden in the menue! The user menue design is irrational. I suggest you go back to the previous version and learn from it.
