About this app

Leadership Tracker is the companion app to Member Tools for ward
bishoprics and stake presidencies in The Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-day Saints. Member Tools shows the current state — your
directory and reports. Leadership Tracker tracks the work behind it.

It replaces two things every bishopric improvises: the callings and
interviews spreadsheet, and the weekly printed agenda book. In their
place, one shared tracker that's planned ahead, reminds you before
things slip, and syncs to your Google Calendar — so a calling never
stalls, a member who's due never gets missed, and you're never filling
in Sunday's program Sunday morning.

All your data stays in a Google Drive folder you own and share with the
other members of your presidency. Nothing is uploaded to our servers —
in fact, there are no servers. Just the app, your phone, and your Drive
folder. You still record final callings in LCR, like always. Prefer to
try it solo first? A device-only mode works with no Google account at
all.

CALLINGS
• Track each calling from leadership approval through LCR update,
including government-certification and youth-protection steps
• Per-calling toggles for required workflow steps; defaults differ for
wards and stakes
• A per-step status strip shows at a glance who is waiting on what

INTERVIEWS & SCHEDULE
• One unified worklist: recurring interviews, one-time interviews, and
calling interviews/releases, sorted by date
• Month-based cadences with automatic rotation between president and
counselors; appointments booked with date, time, and duration
• Missed appointments surface automatically; full searchable history

GOOGLE CALENDAR (optional)
• Link your presidency's shared Google calendar and booked appointments
land on it automatically, color-coded by who conducts
• While picking a time, see everyone's existing events on a day timeline
so you never double-book a room or a leader

MEETINGS
• Plan sacrament and leadership meetings: hymns (with a built-in hymn
catalog), speakers, prayers, and all business items — baptisms, baby
blessings, advancements, releases, sustainings, announcements
• Print or share a clean conducting agenda PDF
• Confirmation tracking for speakers and prayers, with a needs-attention
view before Sunday

MEMBER LIST & ONE-TAP CONTACT (optional)
• Import your unit's member list from the LCR directory PDF — parsed on
your device; every name field then suggests members as you type
• Include the phone and email columns and you can call, text, or email
a speaker or prayer assignee with one tap, with a prefilled
confirmation message

REMINDERS (optional, off by default)
• On-device notifications for interviews to schedule, meetings needing
prep, and callings stuck on a step — no server involved

SHARED WORK
• Multiple leaders edit the same shared Drive folder; changes save in
the background and merge safely, with conflict prompts only when two
people edit the same field
• Edits appear on other devices within seconds

DATA OWNERSHIP
• Your records live in your Drive folder — read, share, or move them
any time; deletes use Google Drive Trash (recoverable for 30 days)
• Automatic archiving keeps the active lists focused while history
stays searchable

Fixes for units sharing a Google Drive folder:

- Records that had stopped appearing are found and restored automatically.
- Archiving a record straight after editing it now files it correctly every time.
