BSK Electri is a simple record-keeping app designed to help landlords, house owners, and apartment managers track electricity usage in properties that use a central meter with individual sub-meters.

With BSK Electri, you can organize houses, rooms, or apartments by number or ID and keep clear records of tenant electricity usage. The app helps you record electricity tokens and units purchased by tenants, and automatically calculates the new meter reading where their purchased usage ends.

You can add a house, room, or apartment entry and record the current tenant’s name and current sub-meter reading. Each time a tenant purchases electricity units, you can enter the token and the number of units (KWh). The app automatically calculates the new end meter reading by adding the purchased units to the previous end reading.

Each record includes the date, token number, units entered, previous end units, and the newly calculated end units. This creates a clear history of electricity usage records for every house or apartment entry.
