Cumbersome to order. Items disappear. Changing quantity takes forever. Items in same category don't list together, but by the order you added. Nowhere to follow up on delivered orders. Items have been missing more than once. There should be a way to request for refund for items not delivered. App keeps sending too many notifications. The offers don't show up inside. There should be option to select offers. Overall frustrating.

I believe an optimization is in order for the new Android 16. The app, though laggy, was working most of the time. But, as soon as the OS was updated, most of the categories or items were not even loading. In the main menu, it shows the items are in stock, but when searching through categories, it shows them as empty. Not sure if someone will work in this, but this app definitely needs an upgrade.

Worst app ever. I ordered a few items and the order was confirmed. After waiting 30 minutes, I got a call saying the main item was out of stock. They offered to deliver the remaining items, but I asked them to cancel since it made no sense. They canceled the order but never refunded my ₹700. There’s no proper option to raise a complaint in the app. Customer care kept me on hold for 45+ minutes with no response. It’s been almost 1 year and I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing.
