The service is usually fine but the app is not at all user friendly. Most of the time the orders get postponed to the next day and then eventually get canceled. There is no provision for any feedback or interaction with any executives. And once the order shows despatched there is no way you can track the order or talk to delivery person. Very bad Service. You can never rely on this and make plans.

Horrible and cheap app. Full of bugs. No thought given to User experience. Only concern shown is for Spencers not their paying clients. Cannot choose which outlet to order from, cannot track the order, cannot see out of stock products till you go to the payments screen, customer care is terrible with no intentions of helping a client.

Cumbersome to order. Items disappear. Changing quantity takes forever. Items in same category don't list together, but by the order you added. Nowhere to follow up on delivered orders. Items have been missing more than once. There should be a way to request for refund for items not delivered. App keeps sending too many notifications. The offers don't show up inside. There should be option to select offers. Overall frustrating.
