Terrible Customer service. Invariably there will be some items not available after you have placed the order. They do not even mention which items. Sometimes a call can help, eg if you have ordered Total chicken and eggs and they are not available they should inform and check if you would like to go for a substitute. Had totally stopped ordering from here after a very bad experience. Had to order today but the laid back attitude continues. Don't even bother about calling Customer service. Waste of time and energy. They have been trained to speak like parrots. Sure they know how to pass the buck. I have sent several emails but now I simply have stopped bothering about it.
App interface is too bad. Needs a lot of improvement. Most essential is customer service section with chat support or in app feedback or query support.

Always delayed delivery, worst customer care services, wrongly deduct wallet money and points and no refund. need to work alot to develop good services practice.
Work on this app seriously. For starters the card on delivery option doesn't work. Still shows cash on delivery.
Worst app i have ever used.they have sent all damaged products and i have received only half of ordered products as other were out of stock.You better shut down this app than fooling people.worst online grocery shopping app.
