It's really complicated app. I can't pay for my loans.. it does not work at all

This app simply doesn't work. The company keeps saying it's problem of devices not the app. I recommend to avoid using this app in any situations. Just a moment ago I was about to transit some money to another card. But system doesn't allowed me to do. It shows there is no money left in my credit card, but when I checked via ATM it shows there is money in my card. This kind of situations happening with every user of this app. Never ever waste your time to install this app.

Hi. This app is so awful. It doesnt work properly.The bank's call centre is also 0. Few months ago i got loan but today the app said that i didnt have loans. But how? I also tried to call the call centre but they didnt pick. The more important is that , 2 days ago i paid monthly payment which was given from the bank but today they calculated the percent?! When i call this bank, they never pick. If they dont pick why they are working?!. So i don't recommend to use this bank and app to anyone. 😤
