It digitizes the workflow between three critical stakeholders: Distributors, Dealers, and Shops, ensuring transparency and real-time stock tracking across the entire network. Key Features by User Role 🚀 Distributor (Primary Level) Vehicle Order Generation: Create and manage bulk orders for vehicles and accessories into the system. Dealer Performance Tracking: Monitor the complete order history and business activities of all assigned Dealers. Network Oversight: View a high-level summary of how stock is moving through the distribution channel. 🏢 Dealer (Middle Level) Inventory Procurement: Place orders to the Distributor to replenish local stock. Shop Management: Add and register new Retail Shops under their specific territory. Internal Stock Transfer: Digitally transfer available vehicle units from the Dealer's warehouse to specific Shops. Stock Ledger: Maintain a digital record of stock received from the Distributor and stock sent to Shops. 🏪 Shop (Retail Level) Assigned Inventory: Manage and track stock specifically received from their parent Dealer.
