I downloaded the app for its anime library, but the subscription auto-renewed without a reminder—even though I had cancelled it a month prior. The payment bypassed my backup settings and doesn't even appear in my Play Store history. There was no intuitive way to dispute this in the app, I had to use the web portal. But surprisingly, they did not cancel my premium benefits whereas I successfully secured a refund (maybe as a gesture of apology).

After the recent update, the app has become very difficult to use. When I open Bilibili, it keeps loading even though I have a good internet connection. Before, the app loaded easily. Even when I watch offline, the app still takes almost a minute to load when opened. Please fix this issue..

I know that ads are important to you as they allow you to make money, especially for the app's free version. However, too many ads have been popping up and some of them open in browsers when clicked (either intentionally or accidentally). I'm afraid that these ads might download malware into my phone and I certainly don't want that! Don't get me wrong, I'm okay with ads and I understand their importance very well.... but ads that open in browsers??? Nahh, I hate them!!!!
