Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't function at all. It worked for the first few months before it stopped working all together even after deleting and adding it back. You are supposed to be able to pay your bills from it.

Can't sign in. It tells me I still need to verify my account, but following the instructions and scanning the QR code to verify just opens the app and does nothing else.

such a frustrating app, I need help but it just says to contact them without anyway to contact them. I go on their actual website and it has me send in a form to ask a question but not to actually get help with my account.
