If you minimize the app for any reason while chatting with the reps it completely resets the chat and you have to find a new rep and start over(happened after they told me to upload some paperwork) plus they never respond with email and only call mid day through the week while you're at work and leave no voice mail. lots of reasons to be displeased with bswift, but I think so far my favorite is that they can't verify my wife with our marriage license...

worthless. can't even get ID cards from. Thought purpose was to have everything in one place but all it does is direct you to provider website. Seems like a good idea but poor execution.

absolute junk! waist of time and money! can not even do what it is support to do I cant even enroll in cobra benefits with my time running out! I've tried every day for a month and it can not load the benefit plans! I've tried uninstalling the app and installing it again to to reset it and still nothing! I would love for this to work but been full of flaws
