Well since the December update you decided it isnt going to work on my tablet anymore which is my main source for my BT sports subscription. It insists that Google Play services needs updating (its bang up to date). So its a problem on the app. Januarys date is no better. This is on Android 6. Are you going to bother fixing this or should I just cancel my subscription?
Absolutely awful app and support. I have an EE subscription. When watching over BT Broadband WiFi it works for about 30 seconds, lags then crashes time and again. My Samsung Galaxy S7 is up to date and I have reinstalled the app numerous times. I can stream on Netflix so no problem with my WiFi. I've contacted BT support via email (no reply there), Twitter, Live Chat and telephone and their best answer? Contact EE. How this is EE's problem I've no idea! Avoid. It simply doesn't work.
Picture is great but there is no option to exit the app or change channel without rebooting my phone. Same goes for the multi cam option. Once you enter it it's impossible to go back to normal Live camera.
I would previously have given 5star but for some reason the Cast feature/icon seems to disappear! Please sort out or explain
Utter garbage, the stream is jerky and has been for years. BT just blame your phone despite it working on the same phone prior to an update
What a shock bt humping the working man, just had the update and just because I'm an ee customer It now comes up with a message telling me I can't cast bt from my phone to the tv. What does it matter what device I'm casting it to when the source is coming from the ee device. Who wouldn't rather watch the sport on their phone than tv bt? It's no wonder you and sky lose so many customers for them to go to other sources for their sport with something as petty as this
