Meet the Renogy BT, a convenient way to manage and monitor your solar power system all in the palm of your hand. The Renogy BT app is compatible for use with our Rover Charge Controllers.

With this app, you'll be able to:
- monitor your solar panel voltage, current, and watts
- monitor your battery voltage, temperature, and charging amperage
- turn your controller's load terminal on/off
- monitor load voltage, current, and wattage
- adjust charge controller charging parameters (Boost, Float, and Equalization)
- set a timer on load terminals
- record the systems' daily data (battery voltage, watts charged, power generated)

Wow! I've never seen a worse app. You have to search and connect the Bluetooth device each time you want to use it. What's worse is that it holds old data and won't refresh until you force stop, search and connect again. Then, it takes several minutes to get data. Then, most of it's wrong.

This app is garbage. Where to start. First, It doesn't auto connect so you need to connect manually ever time you open the app. 2nd, it doesn't always display data on the main page. For example it will show the battery data but not the solar. I can open and close the app a few times and it will sometimes start displaying correctly. Lastly, The graphs almost never populate data ever, but the every once and a while they do. Such a disappointment.

Some little minor hiccups but it's a good app. Yes have to be within certain distance for Bluetooth to work.. yes I have to reconnect every time. . Honestly don't bother me. I bought cheap galaxy phone, set screen on to longest setting for display time an bam no more refreshing Bluetooth connection. Plus I use it to hang on wall with my temp panel an my security monitor. So that works well for me. As for distance, it's in my cabin off grid in the mountains.. all n all would buy again..
