About this app

G.EN. application is dedicated to the customers of G.EN. Gaz Energia and enables:
- view information about billing - balance and upcoming payments
- quick online payments for gas
- submission of an application for additional settlement
- providing a reading of the gas meter status in the event of a change in gas prices
- access to information on your own gas consumption through insight into the history of gas meter readings
- receiving notifications, e.g. about a new invoice or upcoming payment date and related events (failures, legal changes)
- contacting our customer service department via e-mail or phone from the application.

The first registration application requires the customer number of the G.EN company to be provided. Gaz Energia and the PESEL number of consumers or the NIP number for companies. The eight-digit customer number can be found on the invoice or in the contract.
