Been dealing with BTC Markets platform for many years now. Easy to use platform either moving funds on or off the platform. I've recommended this platform to many friends and family members.

For reason X, the app doesn't allow me to login anymore: 'Something's gone wrong. Failed to load. Please try again.' Not a very helpful prompt, nor is there a solution, so be ready to not be ready when you are about to make some trades and can't access a desktop/laptop. For 'the number one Aussie exchange', what a disgrace. To think we have our money in this...

The app is a basic stock ticker that lets users know unit prices, the change in price plus a few other pieces of trade data; along with portfolio value. On a side note ... Unable to withdraw or transfer Crypto coins due withdrawal limits being set to 0 (even after confirming my identity). Repeated requests to increase withdrawal limits, only to receive a generic email saying the company had received the request. The company uses PayID so cash is transferred to bank accounts quickly.
