Ratings and reviews

Defo favourite crypto app, though some fees can be excessive. New logo don't rate at all. Reading reviews about people getting transfers blocked by Travel rule is scary, as people could lose if market crashes.

it's good if they can add biometrics for withdrawals rather than copy pasting a number from an email, the withdrawal process has too many steps

For reason X, the app doesn't allow me to login anymore: 'Something's gone wrong. Failed to load. Please try again.' Not a very helpful prompt, nor is there a solution, so be ready to not be ready when you are about to make some trades and can't access a desktop/laptop. For 'the number one Aussie exchange', what a disgrace. To think we have our money in this...
