BuchhaltIQ is the smart app for accounting and payroll. It helps entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses manage receipts, transactions, cash register, invoices, HR tasks, and month-end closing all in one place.

With BuchhaltIQ, you can handle key accounting and HR tasks in one location:

• Connect business accounts and credit cards
• Intelligently categorize transactions
• Scan, upload, and link receipts to corresponding entries
• Maintain a cash book with cash receipts and disbursements
• Create invoices as PDFs and track incoming payments
• Manage customers, contracts, and recurring payments
• Manage employees, record working hours, and document absences
• Prepare month-end closing and review outstanding items
• Export data as PDF, Excel/CSV, or via DATEV interfaces

BuchhaltIQ shows you which receipts are missing, which transactions still need to be reviewed, and which tasks remain open before month-end closing. This helps you maintain an overview and complete your preliminary accounting in a more structured way.

Automatic categorization supports you based on vendor, intended use, and recurring patterns. You retain control at all times and can review, adjust, or manually correct suggestions.

HR tasks can also be prepared directly in BuchhaltIQ: employee data, working hours, and absences can be recorded and included in the monthly closing.

For companies with a tax advisor, BuchhaltIQ is designed for seamless data transfer. Entries, receipts, cash book data, invoices, as well as HR and monthly data can be compiled for export and, depending on your setup, transferred via DATEV interfaces.

Bank transactions are handled via finAPI. Sensitive company data is processed securely and stored safely.

BuchhaltIQ does not replace tax advice but supports you in preparatory accounting, HR management, and structured collaboration with your tax advisor.
