Updated app & unable to log in at all. Security question never pops up on Android phone (just a gray bar at the bottom of screen that never does anything). Also tried on iPad where security question appears but times out & continually says "try again later". Giving up and uninstalling all apps & will use website instead. Very frustrating. Also where did logging in via fingerprint go?? Please fix these issues!

Personally the older version was the best version easy to use needed minor tweaking this new version has alot of unecesary garbage and to me it feels cluttered only benefit is Dark Mode From a personal perspective cant wait to drop this bank... sick and tired of there fees, making a payment simply isnt enough for them yet the consistantly take a 45 dollar fee dont have it paid in full we dont care heres another fee fk buckeye

This is a great app and very convenient. The mobile deposit is a bit tricky. When taking a photo of your check in the upper right hand corner you have to set the capture from auto to manual. When I bgg is on auto the app crashes everytime. On manual you can successfully deposit your check no problem
