Terribly inefficient. There is no need to force people to download an app that barely works when the code can simply be sent via email or text. tThis just shows you where their costs go, which are of course transferred directly to us as consumers. Garbage and unreliable, never using it again. Also the app is slow and the contact part is basically a cheap wrapper around their web app

I used their service one time since I needed to return a package. Thanks to an oversight or whatever on their part I am now stuck waiting on my return which takes even longer, which was totally unnecessary. Tried to communicate this to the 'live agent' I was speaking with and now I'm unable to contact the chatbot/live agent at all....

Continues to say my number doesn't match the one they have, which it does!! I am not getting any notifications for deliveries and am very tired of this. they need to fix the problem in their app
