They did not delivery to my address, they left the package a few doors down, when the door numbers are very visible, and on top you can not leave them a feedback unless you rate their service a 4 or 5 out of 5 stars in their app :) . It is beyound ridiculous, one of the worst delivery service I have ever used.

It's ok. Nothing special. The thing that bothers me it's that it doesnt show you the location or the status of your parcel, unlike some other services apps. But i mean, it's alright. Atleast it shows you how long it would take(an estimation that can change. Which is really annoying sometimes. But i mean, can't do anything if they have problme right?

Delivery date was a few days past their own estimation. Parcel got missorted too and delivery time was not reliable, it kept changing, adding to the delay and frustration. I thought changing to locker delivery would be an easy app/web feature, just like Posti. But it's not a web/app feature with Budbee, you must contact their customer service. Overall, experience wasn't the worst, but not a good one too that can make me recommend.
