Terribly inefficient. There is no need to force people to download an app that barely works when the code can simply be sent via email or text. tThis just shows you where their costs go, which are of course transferred directly to us as consumers. Garbage and unreliable, never using it again. Also the app is slow and the contact part is basically a cheap wrapper around their web app

Delivery date was a few days past their own estimation. Parcel got missorted too and delivery time was not reliable, it kept changing, adding to the delay and frustration. I thought changing to locker delivery would be an easy app/web feature, just like Posti. But it's not a web/app feature with Budbee, you must contact their customer service. Overall, experience wasn't the worst, but not a good one too that can make me recommend.

App is not able to show my deliveries but continuously complains that the phone number I provided is not the same as the sender (store) gave them. I checked five times and the number is the same on both places. At the same time they are able to send text to my phone number without any problems. There is a bug in their app. It is useless until they fix it.
