The app keeps nagging me about entering my product category preferences. No way to dismiss without choosing a category, no clear way avoid the popup every single time I open the app. All so you can collect more personal data on me in order to spam me with even more worthless ads. Worst delivery service app.

Ok, I have used many different services for collecting packages. This one is one is ridiculously and obnoxious. First off you get like 10 emaila for every tiny update on your delivery, most of them pointless. Then I arrive at the package locker, just to find out that (apparently?) I have to install a bloaty app to get the code to get the package. Why not just send the code, just like all the other services? But then the key is nowhere to be found in the app either?? So I left without my package.

This must be the worst delivery service I've ever encountered! Packages are sent back when I've asked for pick-up-point delivery, the hours you can choose for delivery are minimal and not even followed by the deliverer, pick-up-point boxes are so small most of the stuff you order doesn't even fit there.. and you are supposed to use this stupid app which is basically an advertisement service with bad functionality. This should be zero stars.
