Terribly inefficient. There is no need to force people to download an app that barely works when the code can simply be sent via email or text. tThis just shows you where their costs go, which are of course transferred directly to us as consumers. Garbage and unreliable, never using it again. Also the app is slow and the contact part is basically a cheap wrapper around their web app

I used their service one time since I needed to return a package. Thanks to an oversight or whatever on their part I am now stuck waiting on my return which takes even longer, which was totally unnecessary. Tried to communicate this to the 'live agent' I was speaking with and now I'm unable to contact the chatbot/live agent at all....

It's ok. Nothing special. The thing that bothers me it's that it doesnt show you the location or the status of your parcel, unlike some other services apps. But i mean, it's alright. Atleast it shows you how long it would take(an estimation that can change. Which is really annoying sometimes. But i mean, can't do anything if they have problme right?
