Terribly inefficient. There is no need to force people to download an app that barely works when the code can simply be sent via email or text. tThis just shows you where their costs go, which are of course transferred directly to us as consumers. Garbage and unreliable, never using it again. Also the app is slow and the contact part is basically a cheap wrapper around their web app

I had to return an H&M parcel through Budbee. Even though the order was made on the French version of the site for Belgium and sends to Wallonia, I got the email with the instructions in Dutch only (not even in English). Their website does not have a French version for Belgium.

They did not delivery to my address, they left the package a few doors down, when the door numbers are very visible, and on top you can not leave them a feedback unless you rate their service a 4 or 5 out of 5 stars in their app :) . It is beyound ridiculous, one of the worst delivery service I have ever used.
