Buddy Merchant is the partner store app for BuddyBuddy. Run your shop from your phone: update your store profile, publish your menu, accept food orders, and get an alert when a new order arrives.

WHO THIS APP IS FOR
Buddy Merchant is for BuddyBuddy partner stores and merchants. If you do not have a merchant account yet, ask a BuddyBuddy rider to recommend your store, or contact your BuddyBuddy manager.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Set up and edit your store profile
• Add, edit, and organize menu items for customers
• Show or hide items on the customer menu
• Receive incoming food orders from BuddyBuddy customers
• Accept new orders and request a rider when food is ready
• Track order status from new to completed
• Get sound and push alerts when a new order lands
• Use PIN lock so staff phones stay secure
• Sign in, reset password, and manage your profile

HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign in with the merchant account created for your store.
2. Complete your store profile and add menu items.
3. When a customer orders, Buddy Merchant alerts you.
4. Accept the order, prepare the food, then request a rider.
5. Follow the order until it is picked up and delivered.

PERMISSIONS
Buddy Merchant uses notifications so you do not miss new orders. It does not need continuous location tracking.
