I order dinner through the app, but didn't pay. I got an order time, and called to verify they got my order. And then what, no pizza. I had to order in the store when I went to pick it up also, the app suggests you can scan your QR code at the bottom of your receipt to earn points. Except the app doesn't want to recognize the QR code at the bottom of the receipt. I tried different lighting, and it just won't lock on the code. Pretty frustrating app

The app is not very intuitive... you have to go through a number of steps to customize your pizza and then back out a number of steps and then add it to the cart. Very frustrating app. I had an employee at one of the locations tell me that is better to just call if you want anything other than exactly what is listed on the app exactly the way that it is described on the app. Other pizza apps have figured this out, why can't Buddy's?

New app has glitches. Had rewards for garlic bread. Garlic bread was in cart. When switch was moved to actvate reward it showed item was not in cart. Then when ready to order the location had defaulted to Buddys on Conant. When location was changed it wmptied the cart. $10 off was sent to email. Their offer. But can't be used with a earned reward. Can't let people save to much money.
