BudLogix Player turns an Android TV device into a managed digital-signage screen for licensed retail businesses using the BudLogix platform.

Requires a BudLogix account. This app does not display content on its own — all playlists, schedules, and menus are managed from budlogix.com.

What’s new

Screens stay up on their own: the player wakes a TV box that went to sleep, comes back if another app opens, reopens itself after it closes or updates, and restarts its connection when the store's internet has been down a while. It also reports how the TV box is set up, so BudLogix can show what will take a screen down and send fixes. One-time setup is in the player's settings: hold OK on the remote.
