BudOne is the app for members of Cannabis Growers' Associations (CSCs) that use the BudOne portal. Everything you need as a member, all in one place – in your association's design.

Behind the app is a complete management system for growers' associations – boards and teams work with it in the browser, the app displays the same portal in the association's design.

• Membership and application forms, dues, and invoices

• Cultivation, batches, harvest, and transport records

• Delivery documentation according to the German Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG) with automatic limit control

• Countertop cash register with certified cloud-based TSE according to § 146a AO and DSFinV-K export for auditing

• Accounting with DATEV export, digital scale integration

• Time tracking, shift planning, vacation, and digital personnel files

• Own club website with its own domain, choose from 15 designs

• Plan club premises in 3D

• Feed, chats, stories, and contests for members

• Data protection from the start: The portal automatically creates legal texts, processing records, and data deletion policies

• Open API for custom integrations

The app's appearance is customized to the club – its own logo, colors, and 15 design options.

This app is intended exclusively for adult members of a cultivation association under the German Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG). No sales take place – neither within the app nor to third parties. Membership is verified by the respective club; use is not possible without verified membership. Must be 18 or older to use.
