The UI doesn't work with the latest android version. The navigation 'hamburger' is directly under my phone's clock (Pixel 9 pro). I can't even attempt to find a feedback option in the app.

Sufficient for sending pictures from your phone for TaxAudit. Encountered a couple problems when trying to send messages, but eventually made it work. Problems include that you can't send a message without a file, character limit is at 25 but doesn't limit you, and taking a picture of the file through their app results in an error when trying to send.

All was going well until I tried to create a document from photos on my phone. Froze up every time, then would automatically bump me out of the app forcing a re-login, which of course locked me out for too many login attempts. Finally gave up after wasting an hour and scanned the doc and used my desktop to email, which worked. Finally.
