This app works well, I play on both PC and mobile and am able to connect my accounts. It's easy to earn buffs and get rewards for it. The mobile app does have a lot of glitches. This app is really easy to use, and you even get boosts through your email sometimes. There is only 1 problem. The ads are scams. You don't get any rewards for watching them on mobile. It just says an error has occurred. All of the problems are through mobile, get it on your computer and just leave it running.

The app rarely does what it's supposed to do. Riddled with bugs and doesn't actually track your progress. You're forced to troubleshoot everything without help because customer service is abysmal at best. They take a minimum of 2 weeks to respond and just ask, "Are you still having issues?". At the end of the day, buff sees you as a cash grab, and this makes your gaming experience feel like a chore.

Bought Premium Elite for a year. Bottom line: XP doesn't track well, and the app often falls asleep (yes, I did all the troubleshooting options). Several challenges don't track either. After exhausting all options, I submitted a ticket for the issues. After a week, someone got back to me and only said, "Are you still having issues?". I replied back saying yes and now it's been over 2 weeks no response. Don't waste your time or money on this app. Even when you pay it doesn't work.
