The app rarely does what it's supposed to do. Riddled with bugs and doesn't actually track your progress. You're forced to troubleshoot everything without help because customer service is abysmal at best. They take a minimum of 2 weeks to respond and just ask, "Are you still having issues?". At the end of the day, buff sees you as a cash grab, and this makes your gaming experience feel like a chore.

Bought Premium Elite for a year. Bottom line: XP doesn't track well, and the app often falls asleep (yes, I did all the troubleshooting options). Several challenges don't track either. After exhausting all options, I submitted a ticket for the issues. After a week, someone got back to me and only said, "Are you still having issues?". I replied back saying yes and now it's been over 2 weeks no response. Don't waste your time or money on this app. Even when you pay it doesn't work.

I definitely should've read more reviews about this app before downloading it. I ran into the same problem as many others, it won't let me sign in. I signed up, and it said I was just a few steps away from rewards (or something to that effect) and sent me back to the sign in screen. I tried signing in, but it said something went wrong. This happened every time I refreshed, reopened and re- signed up for this app. Always read more than two reviews before installing an app. 😣🤦🏽♀️
