Major stability issues; crashes often, sometimes while idling. No way to report illegal parking (a top 10 issue in Buffalo). Many services inappropriately listed as summoning police, where they should summon a service that can actually provide assistance (i.e. any situation that doesn't require indiscriminate violence). No way of determining if action was actually taken, allowing for "let's not and say we did" responses from city services.

This does next to nothing. You open a case, it closes with no reason provided. You still see the issue irl. There's no case list of cases you opened, you need to enter the exact case number to look it up. 0 stars.

Great tool to have in the event of a non emergency issue that can be reported directly to local government either anonymously or with a request to be contacted directly by the local police. It's also a great tool to submit complaints to.
